MEET MIKE SMITH

Mike, a Sports Science graduate from the University of Liverpool, specializes in physiology, biomechanics, and tailored training across diverse fitness levels. With clients spanning the UK, Europe, and the Middle East, he provides expert personal training services.


In 2019, Mike faced a health scare with a 99% blockage in his left anterior descending artery, also known as the "Widow Maker," leading to successful heart bypass surgery. Inspired by his recovery journey and the experiences of others, he founded ActiveLife 40+ to raise awareness of hidden health issues and promote balanced lifestyles.


Driven by his passion for moderation over abstinence, Mike strives to empower individuals to lead active, fulfilling lives without sacrificing enjoyment.
